The classes will be held from 6 - 7:30 p.m. at Downtown @ 700-2nd Apartments Community Room (Lomas and 2nd Street NW). Free parking is available at Wells Fargo Bank. Classes, materials, and patches/gum are FREE. Instruction and materials are available in both English and Spanish. SPACE IS LIMITED. Register by calling the YWCA at 505-254-9922 x 128. This class is funded by a grant from the Foundation for the National Institues of Health in partnership with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute on behalf of The Heart Truth ® in support of women's heart health education and research.
